1. Only 2 Details Needed
අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වන්නේ කරුණු 2ක් පමණි:

Only your Full Name and Phone Number are required to submit! Other details can be discussed during your interview.
අයදුම්පත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට ඔබගේ සම්පූර්ණ නම සහ දුරකථන අංකය පමණක් ප්‍රමාණවත්ය. අනෙක් තොරතුරු පසුව ලබා දිය හැක.

ක්‍රියාකාරී දුරකථන අංකයක්:

පාස්පෝට් නැතත් අයදුම් කළ හැක:

2. WORKING EXPERIENCE & SKILLS වැඩ පළපුරුද්ද සහ හැකියාවන්

Instructions: Please check "Willing / කැමතියි" if you are willing to do the job, or "Exp. / පළපුරුද්ද" if you have done it before, and mention years if any.
ඔබ කිරීමට කැමති කාර්යයන් සඳහා "කැමතියි" (Willing) සහ පෙර පළපුරුද්දක් ඇත්නම් "පළපුරුද්ද" (Exp) සලකුණු කර කාලය සටහන් කරන්න.
